I spent some time these days reviewing who I'm following in Twitter and who I won't follow for a while. You know how interesting it may be having the list that really fits/feeds you, don't you?
The less people I follow, the easier to appreciate what really matters me.
This revision took me, for example, to Yoko Ono's. Really interesting views from her. Here you can read some Questions and Answers. I have selected the ones that moved me most:
Anything thata moves. It doesn’t have to be on the screen you know. We are all movies.
To be good and cherish other people’s goodness. The world was praising being hip, up to now. But goodness is getting very important for our survival.
Your emotional necessity will make you be one.
tiffanylimos: Do you have any good writing advice? Will you be applying it for your upcoming book? How do you find time to write?
You will make time when you really need to write for your emotional satisfaction.
yingwang19: how often do you take mental health days and what do you like to do during those breaks?
I take a break every two seconds or so. Breathing deeply is all you need to do to keep up your mental health.
Write down what you want, put it in your drawer, and forget about it. One day, you will read it and be surprised that your wish became true.
burtlewi: are you free?
I also have the crosses all human beings carry. Like having to remember to breathe….:)
I worry about worrying. It doesn’t help to worry about anything. You draw the thing you worry about.
angelaginger: What are three most important things in life?
To love. To laugh. To forget
Breathe deeply and enjoy life!
